1. Daily Cut-off Time:
The system performs a daily data check at 8:00 AM, covering orders placed from
8:00 AM the previous day to 8:00 AM today.
2. Automatic Pickup Condition:
- If 10 or more orders are placed under the same warehouse adddress, the system
will automatically schedule a driver for same-day pickup at that address.
- If there are fewer than 10 orders, drop-off is recommended.
3. Pickup Notification:
Customers will receive a pickup confirmation text message before 10:00 AM on
the scheduled day.
4. Didn't Receive a Text?
If no text message is received by 10:00 AM, please contact custorner support to
confirm the pickup status:
